Approach
Strategies for change. GRC Strategies can help you create a change in the world. Three key steps will get us started.
Audience
Identifying and understanding your audience is the critical first step. In today’s communication rich environment you need to know exactly who your target is and, from that, build a strategy that reaches directly to them.
Message
First, what behavior do you want to change? What product do you want purchased? What decision do you want to influence?
Second, what will spur your audience to make the change, consider the purchase, or make the decision?
Ultimately it is a transaction—we must identify the benefit that your audience will recognize and value enough to choose your path going forward.
Strategy
Partner & Intermediary Engagement? Paid advertising? Social media? Media relations? Cause-related marketing strategies? All of the above?
How do you decide? It goes right back to your audience—if you understand your audience and the message that will move them to action then strategies become clearer.
